Corporate officers remuneration and regulated commitments

The AFEP-MEDEF code to which the Company refers, provides a set of recommendations on corporate governance and particularly on the remuneration of company officers. In addition, you'll find the decisions of the Board of Directors relating to the regulated commitments referred to in Article L 225-42-1 of the French Commercial Code.
